BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

• Min D3/D4/S1 GPA 3,0 (Civil Engineering OR Architecture with interest in marketing, OR other technical degree, Marketing/Business degree with interest in marketing technical product and advanced building material)
• Deep understanding and passion in issues related to energy-efficient dwellings, latent earthquake risk, and climate change
• Preferably min. 1 year of relevant experiance
• Non-smoker
• Plus point : excellent mastery of English
• Excellent mastery of digital/ online marketing strategy
• Can explain a new concept clearly and convincingly
• Can maintain business relationships and communicate well
• Resilient self-starter, highly-motivated and hard worker
• Location of work : Jakarta or Bandung Barat.

PROJECT & MARKETING SUPPORT SUPERVISOR

• Min. D3 Civil Engineering GPA 3,20
• 2 year project supervisory experience a plus point
• Ability to complete work according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Can read field drawings
• Preferably non-smoker
• Strong leadership skills to lead a complete construction crews (laborers, foremen), subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
• Responsible and dependable, to complete projects on schedule & budget
• Possesses own vehicle + SIM A / C
• Location of work: West Bandung, willing to travel outside Bandung and Java

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

• Min S1 Tech (Preferred Civil Engineering / Architecture) IPK min 3.00
• 1 year Structural Engineer a experience
• Non-smoker
• The desire to learn & develop earthquake-resistant and environmentally friendly building technology
• Highly-motivated, conscientious, honest & hard worker
• Plus point : excellent mastery of English
• Location of work : West Bandung
