Installation of t-beam precast beam and floor panels
Install t-beam on main beams , or b-panel^® structural walls. Distance between t-beam is 60cm. Install panel between t-beams.

Concrete topping
Topping off top surface using concrete mix. Can use either concrete pump, or buckets.

Plastering of bottom surface
Perform shotcrete of mortar to cover the lower EPS panel surface. If needed, the second layer of mortar can be applied as well. Afterwards the surface can be screed flat.

Finishing
Afterwards, surface is ready to mount tiles, carpet, etc.
